We build named AI workers — PA, accounts, content, ops, bookings — and lease them to owner-operated businesses. We run the platform. We do the maintenance. We keep the agents current as the technology moves. Customers do the work that only they can do.
Why lease, not build?
Building an AI workforce is hard, slow and expensive. The rails between the agents — memory, recovery, watchdog, integrations — are most of the work, and they don’t show up in a demo. The technology itself moves every quarter. The agents you build today need rebuilding next year.
Leasing solves that. You skip the building. You skip the maintenance. You skip the upgrades. You get the worker, not the workshop.
How we work
- Customer-private. Each customer team has its own private Vault. We never cross-share data between customers.
- No name-dropping. We don’t share who else uses us. We don’t share what their teams do for them. Your engagement is confidential to you, the same way theirs is to them.
- Quietly competent. You don’t hear from us unless we’ve got something to say. If the agent’s working, we’re invisible. That’s the brief.

NordSys Ai Services is a trading name of Richard Lim (sole trader), based in Sandwich, Kent. We work with customers in the UK and other English-speaking markets.
