Common questions

What is Agent Team?

A lease offering. You rent a team of named AI workers — PA, accountant, content writer, ops coordinator, bookings clerk — who live inside your business and do the slow, boring work. £6 a day per agent. Two weeks free, then month-to-month.

How is this different from a chatbot or a generic AI tool?

A chatbot lives on a website and answers questions. A leased agent lives inside your business and does work — drafting, replying, matching payments, scheduling, following up. Different category. Your agents have names, jobs, written briefs, and they collaborate with each other and with you.

What technology powers your agents?

Top-tier AI, kept current. We handle the platform end-to-end so you don’t have to. The team you lease works the same regardless of what’s under the hood — and we upgrade it for you as it improves.

Can I see who else uses your agents?

Every engagement we run is confidential to the customer who runs it. We don’t name our customers, and we don’t share what their teams do for them. The trade-off is the same one we make for you: your team, your data, your privacy.

How much does it cost?

£6 per agent per day. Top-tier intelligence. Two weeks free. From day 15, billed monthly. Month-to-month, cancel any time. Full pricing →

How long does setup take?

Days, not months. Typical build is a few days from the hand-shake to your first message with your new agent.

What if it’s not working out?

Cancel any time. In the first two weeks, cancel and owe nothing. From day 15, cancel and billing ends. No minimum term beyond month-to-month.

Where does my data go?

Your team has its own private Vault. Your data stays inside it. We never cross-share data between customer teams. Ever.

Do I have to learn anything?

No. You message your agents on WhatsApp like you’d message a colleague. If you can write a text message, you can brief one of our agents.

Are you UK-only?

No. We’re UK-based but our customers span the UK and other English-speaking markets. The service works the same wherever your business is.

Do I need to change my email / accounting / CRM software?

No. Your agents work with what you already use. We plug them in where they need to be; you don’t change anything on your side.

What happens if an agent gets something wrong?

We catch it, because the right pieces of work get a human review before they leave the building. We set up the dial together. Routine replies might go straight out. Quotes over a certain value, refunds, anything you wouldn’t want a junior to send alone, sit in your approval queue. You pick the line. If something does slip past, we own it. You’re leasing a team, not buying software.

I don’t trust it.

Trust is earned, not assumed. We start with one task that’s low-risk and easy to check. You sign off the work, you set the dial on what the agent does on its own and what comes to you first. Two weeks free, so the only thing you’re committing is the time it takes to look at what it produces.

We don’t have time to implement it.

Then don’t. We do. You don’t run a new software project. You have one conversation with us, you tell us the slow boring task, and a few days later you meet your new agent on WhatsApp. There’s nothing to install, nothing to learn, no team to train.

How do I know the ROI?

£6 a day per agent. Roughly an hour of admin at minimum wage. Save more than an hour a day on the task you hand over, and you’re ahead. Most of the work we put agents on saves three to five times that — but you don’t need to take our word for it, because the first two weeks are free. You see the saving before you pay anything.

Our business is different.

Yours probably is. The work that grinds is usually not. Quoting, chasing payments, answering the same questions, drafting the same kind of content, keeping certificates in date — the shape of the boring half of running a business looks similar across industries, even when the business itself doesn’t. We’ll tell you straight on the discovery call whether your task fits.

I don’t want to become dependent on AI.

Then don’t be. Cancel any time. The agent documents how it works as it works, so you keep the playbook either way — if you ever take the task back in-house, you have the steps written down. Leasing isn’t lock-in; it’s the opposite. You own the work. We just do it for you.

Who manages the team after it’s built?

We do. That’s the whole point. You don’t get a tool you have to look after. You get a team that’s already looked after. We tune them, upgrade them, fix anything that goes off, and quietly improve them over time. You stay focused on the work only you can do.

Who’s behind Agent Team?

NordSys Ai Services — a trading name of Richard Lim, based in Sandwich, Kent. We build and run AI agent teams as a service. Agent Team is how we lease them. More →
